Cleaning cost applies for booking less than a week. You can be worry free knowing our fine managing agents David & Marion Cloke of Orlando Team management are based locally and on hand should you require anything else. Generally a 15% deposit secures your required dates with balance of payment due nearer to your vacation. USA local & state taxes apply - generally 11% Pool Heat is an optional extra of $30 a day - should it be required can be paid for once at villa as needed.
