HOW DO I ADD MY PROPERTY TO THE WEBSITE?

· Click Create Account on the top right corner of the home page

· Enter your contact details and select a username and password

· Click create account – you are then taken to the Your Account/Property Owner Account menu

· The first step is to select your advertising package by clicking on Choose Your Advertising Package And Pay

· Now you can select your advertising package and also choose whether you prefer to pay in Pounds Sterling or Euros. For example, to advertise 1 property for rent or sale for 12 months is either £99 or €99.

· Once you have selected your advertising package you can then proceed to make payment via credit card or if you have a PayPal account then you can also pay by PayPal.

· Once you have made payment you are ready to add your property to the website!

· To return to the Your Account/Property Owner Account menu click My Account on the top right corner of the homepage

· Click Add Your Property For Sale/Rent Here on the menu

· Enter a title for your property – it’s a good idea to make it both informative and interesting

· Fill in as many boxes as possible with information about your property including property type, location and a detailed description in the large property description box at the bottom of the page.

· Once you have finished adding your property information click SAVE

· To add photos to your property details select View Your Property For Sale/Rent and under the heading IMAGES select ADD/EDIT. You can then upload up to 21 photos of your property. It is a good idea to make the best or most attractive photo of your property is in position number 1, so it appears first in the property search results.

· If you are advertising your property for rent then you can add a calendar to your property details to show when it is available/booked by clicking Add/Edit under BOOKING DATES.

· To view your property listing click PREVIEW.

Your property has now been added to the Property Direct From The Owner website!
